We are excited to announce that we have a great panel of judges participating in the event including: Jason Hoke, Raymund Lo, MD and Fred Bassett; have agreed to volunteer their time to judge the entries for this special event. Lisa Dauer, a long time supporter of Pekingese rescue, will judge the Pekingese Rescue Class. The fun will include:

Finally, after all regular classes have been judged, a Best in Show and Reserve Best in show will be selected from the winners of each class.
How to enter: Any individual may enter one or more categories with their Pekingese. We accept dogs from all countries. You may submit only one photo per entry category at a $5 fee per photo submission. Photos should be cropped to focus on the dog, not the handler. It would be preferred not to see any faces of people in the photos. So if you are going to use a show photo with a judge, please crop the photo to focus on the dog. Photos for regular classes should ideally show at least 3/4 of the dog’s full body in the photo. In order to assist us with better administration of this event, we are asking people to send one email for each dog entered. The email may contain multiple entries related to that dog in different photo categories. If you want to enter multiple dogs, please send a separate email for each dog. If your dog is a champion, please do not enter them in the unfinished class categories. You may enter them in the champion category, along with some of the other specialty categories like Best Head, Veteran, Sleeve, Cut Down or Social Distancing. Entry deadline is June 30, 2020 at 7pm central standard time. You should email us your entry at administrator@pekingeseshow.com and list the following information:
1. Your full name, phone number and mailing address including country
2. The title (if dog is registered), call name, date of birth and gender of your entry.
3. Your email address.
4. The names of each class you would like to enter for the dog your are entering. If entering more than 1 dog, be sure to use separate emails for each.
5. The total amount due for your entry fees at $5.00 per category.
6. Before you submit your entry to us you need to make your entry fee donation to Liz E’s Pekingese Rescue and Sanctuary in an amount equaling your fees. The Paypal email address is lizethedog@yahoo.com. You may also click on this link Paypal Entry to make your donation. In the notes for your donation make sure you list “show entry” in the comments box. Once you have made your payment you can attach a pdf confirmation or screen shot from your Paypal account showing you have made a donation equaling the amount of your entry fees made to Liz E’s Pekingese Rescue & Sanctuary. Please note your donation is also tax deductible so keep those receipts. We will also verify your entry fee donation with the Rescue. Again, don’t forget to type “show entry” in the notes section of paypal.
7. Now its time to attach your photos. Please remember to send one photo as a jpeg or gif photo image for each of the categories you have entered for your dog. Class photos should show a full or 3/4 body view of the dog, other than Best Head and Social Distancing. Please remember to crop out any human faces in the photo so the focus is the dog. If you don’t crop them, we will to remove any human identities.
Remember deadline is June 30, 2020. It will take a week to post all photo entries received. Once the photos are posted, judging will commence and results will be posted no later than July 30, 2020.
